Occasionally after reloading an operating system or replacing/reformatting computer hardware, the following message may appear when reinstalling or upgrading EQuIS software. This was related to a change in how EQuIS generated computer IDs.
These registration keys are invalid for your current computer ID. If you received these keys for the previous version of EQuIS Professional, click 'Yes' to reset your computer ID and try again."
By clicking Yes, the Computer ID is regenerated from the existing MACAddress and will give the same ID as previously issued. Registration should function properly with the new OS or hardware configuration.
