In EDP Professional, errors can occur during the create or commit process. Often, when dealing with Help Desk for these types of errors, we also like to review the errors during these processes. These errors are often different from what the EDP Error Log and EDP Error Summary will report, because they are more specific to the contents of the database and the parent/child relationship within the database.
If an error occurs during the create or commit process, you can save a detailed error log by clicking the Save icon in the lower right or by right-clicking within the commit/create status window and selecting Save.
Note: Use the EQuIS 3 Migration tool or click the Facility Migration button in EQuIS Professional Version 6 to get a detailed error log that can be saved using the same process as outlined above.
